Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na patogenní komplex Candida parapsilosis. V úvodní části práce je obecně charakterizován rod Candida. V následujícím textu je přiblížen samotný komplex Candida parapsilosis, jeho objevení, identifikace a zajímavé vlastnosti. V závěru práce jsou popsány nejdůležitější faktory virulence.Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the pathogenic complex of Candida parapsilosis. The Candida genus is generally characterized in the introductory part. The following sections describe the complex Candida parapsilosis, its discovery, identification and interesting properties. The most important factors of virulence are described in final chapter of the work.
