Business Model of Internet Application TOMIKUP

Abstract:

Cílem práce bude zanalyzovat konkurenčního prostředí v oblasti internetových aplikací pomocí SWOT a PEST analýzy, včetně důkladnější analýzy konkurenčních aplikací. Přičemž hlavním cílem práce bude na základě zjištěných výsledků analýz navrhnout možná doporučení, jak dále rozvíjet podnik s ohledem na samotný obchodní model aplikace TOMIKUP. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část se zabývá literární rešerší české a zahraniční odborné literatury a definujte tak základní pojmy jako jsou – internetová aplikace, e-commerce, wishlist, obchodní model a výše zmíněné analytické metody. Druhá, aplikační část je zaměřena na představení firmy, aplikaci konkrétních analytických metod v rámci trhu a konkurence. Tato část práce se opírá o analýzy těchto interních a externích informací, díky polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, jejich komparací a následného pozorování. V závěru práce jsou na základě těchto zjištění představeny návrhy a doporučení, jak dále rozvíjet danou aplikaci.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis will be to analyse the competitive environment in the field of internet applications using SWOT and PEST analysis, including a more thorough analysis of competing applications. The main objective of the thesis will be to propose possible recommendations on how to further develop the company with regard to the business model of the TOMIKUP application itself, based on the results of the analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with a literature search of Czech and foreign literature and define the basic concepts such as – internet application, e-commerce, wishlist, business model and the above mentioned analytical methods. The second, application part is focused on the introduction of the company, application of specific analytical methods within the market and competition. This part of the thesis relies on the analysis of this internal and external information, through a semi-structured interview, their comparison and subsequent observation. The thesis concludes by presenting suggestions and recommendations on how to further develop the application based on these findings.
