V bakalárskej práci sa dozvedáme základné pojmy a informácie ako správne funguje franchising a jeho systém. Históriu a vývoj pojmu franchising a jeho formy podnikania. Objasňuje zmluvné vzťahy medzi franchisorom a franchisantom, ich výhody a nevýhody, a taktiež následuje vznik a vývoj franchisingu na Slovensku až po aktúalny stav na trhu.
