Antioxidační aktivita je parametr, který určuje schopnost různých látek eliminovat volné radikály. Antioxidant activity is a parameter determining ability of substances to eliminate free radical. Generally, it is used with antioxidants, substances with potentially high antioxidant activity and compounds necessary for living organisms.
