V této diplomové práci se věnujeme studiu specifické interakce (interalace) kvartérního benzo[c]fenanthridinového alkaloidu (KBA) sanguilutinu (SL) s různými typy DNA pomocí fluorescenční spektrometrie. Stabilita komplexů byla porovnána pomocí výpočtu asociačních konstant. Abstract:
In this thesis we study specific interaction (intercalation) of quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloid (QBA) sanguilutine (SL) with different types of DNA by using fluorescence spektrometry. Complex stability was compared by calculated of association constans.
