Práce je zaměřena na problematiku trestného činu loupeže a jejím základním cílem je přiblížit čtenáři práce problematiku trestného činu loupeže, a to zejména z kriminalistického hlediska. The work is focused on the issue of robbery and its basic goal is to bring the reader closer to the issue of robbery, especially from a forensic point of view.
