Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo provést adsorpci hovězího sérového albuminu na jílový minerál za různých podmínek a sledovat změny na povrchu jílových částic. Byla sledována interakce hovězího sérového albuminu s povrchem tří druhů jílových minerálů, konkrétně montmotillonitu, illit-smektitu a bentonitu. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis was to adsorb bovine serum albumin to clay mineral under different conditions and monitor changes on surface of the clay mineral. The interaction between bovine serum albumin and clay surface was studied. Three kinds of clays was observed, namely montmorillonite, illite-smectite and bentonite. The influence of initial concentration of albumin and contact time were followed. …more
