Abstract:

Abstrakt VLKOVÁ, Miriam. Spokojenost zákazníků s ubytovacími a stravovacími službami Hotelu Jičín. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2013. 58 stran. Tato práce nazvaná „Spokojenost zákazníků s ubytovacími a stravovacími službami Hotelu Jičín“ obsahuje pochopitelný a věcný přehled základních poznatků v oblasti služeb, marketingového mixu služeb a všech jeho osmi složek, které platí pro hotelový průmysl. Je popsána i spokojenost zákazníka a způsoby měření, jak ji zjistit. V práci je charakterizován nejen Hotel Jičín s restaurací U Dělové koule, ale i oblast Českého ráje a samotné město Jičín. Bakalářská práce obsahuje i vlastní analýzu Hotelu Jičín a jeho vnitřního, resp. vnějšího mikroprostředí. Cílem práce je analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků s ubytovacími a restauračními službami Hotelu Jičín a následně navrhnout managementu formou doporučení možná zlepšení. K dosažení cílů byla zvolena kvantitativní výzkumná metoda - metoda dotazníkového šetření. Pomocí dotazníků je zkoumáno, zda a jak jsou hosté spokojeni s ubytováním a s celkem osmi kritérii ubytovacích služeb; stejně tak klienti posuzují i restaurační služby a jejich osm kritérií. Prostřednictvím těchto a několika dalších otázek je analyzována spokojenost zákazníků a jsou doporučena řešení těchto zjištění.

Abstract VLKOVÁ, Miriam. Customer Satisfaction of Housing and Hospitality at Hotel Jičín. [Bachelor dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2013. 58 pages. This work titled “Customer Satisfaction of Housing and Hospitality at Hotel Jičín” is composed of comprehensible and factual elements in area of customer service, marketing mixture and all of its eight categories that are applicable to hotel business. This work describes customer satisfaction and the measures how to achieve it. It examines Hotel Jičín with restaurant U Dělové koule, and also explores area of Český Ráj and the town itself. The dissertation puts emphasis on analysis of Hotel Jičín and its internal and external microenvironment respectively. The aim of the work is to analyze customer satisfaction, housing services and dining experience provided by Hotel Jičín; subsequently it suggests any improvements to the management. The quantitative methodology – survey method – was used to reach set goals. Using questionnaire I was able to understand if and how are the customers satisfied with the accommodation, together with eight criterions of housing services; the same way clients evaluated dining services and its eight criterions. By the means of these and few others questions the consumer satisfaction is analyzed and solutions of these facts are recommended.
