Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o Domově s pečovatelskou službou. Zabývá se tím, jak to v takovém domě funguje, jaká jsou zde pravidla a jak se vůbec do takového domu dostat. Zaměřuje se na instituci, psychologii stáří, náplň práce pečovatelek, ale především na interpersonální vztahy. Jaké jsou vztahy mezi pečovatelkami a uživateli služby, vztahy mezi uživateli samotnými. This bachelors thesis is about retirement house. Its describing how is that institution working, how obligations are there and how to get there when retired. Thesis is focused on institution, psychology of retirement, work of nurses but mostly on interpersonal relations. How are relations between nurses and users of service, relations between users.
