Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zaznamenat, popsat a zmapovat psychologickou stránku tradičního pískovcového lezení, tedy lezecké disciplíny s užitím pouze vlastního postupového jištění. The presented bachelor´s thesis focuses on the psychological aspects of TRAD climbing, mainly the mental startegies used in rock climbing on your own gear. The main goal of the work was to describe and map climbers´ mental experience, the role that climbing plays in their lives and how it affects other areas.
