Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního kapitálu a networkingu. Popisuje benefity, které se pojí se sociálním kapitálem, a způsoby, jak ho rozvíjet, pro dosažení úspěchu v kariérním i osobním životě.V teoretické části je shrnut koncept sociálního kapitálu, včetně jeho historie, typologie a přínosů. Zároveň je vymezen pojem sociální síť a detailněji popsán networking, který k tomuto tématu neodmyslitelně patří. Záměrem práce je co nejlépe popsat, jak jsou nám vztahy s ostatními lidmi užitečné, a představit způsoby, jak vytvářet a udržovat síť vzájemně výhodných vztahů.Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení výsledků výzkumu, který se zabývá sociálním kapitálem studentů Vysoké školy ekonomické. Výsledek šetření vykresluje, jaký přínos má studium vysoké školy a členství ve studentských organizacích na sociální kapitál jedince. Srovnává tyto dva zdroje z hlediska množství vytvořených vztahů a jejich charakteristiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of social capital and networking. It describes social capital benefits and ways to develop it to achieve success in both career and personal life.The theoretical part summarizes the concept of social capital, its history and typology, as well as benefits. There are also defined the concept of social network and the networking, which is inherent in this topic, is described in more detail. The aim of the thesis is to describe how relations with other people usefull are and to present ways to create and maintain a network of mutually beneficial relationships.The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the results of a research, which deals with the social capital of students of the University of Economics. The result of the survey outlines the benefits of college education and membership of student organizations on the social capital of an individual. It compares these two sources in terms of the number of relationships created and their characteristics.
