Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma ukládání ochranného opatření ve formě ochranného léčení pojednává o detailně o tomto institutu, dále pojednává o procesní stránce ukládání ochranného léčení, objasňuje výkon ochranného opatření, zabývá se problematikou zabezpečovací detence, obsahuje komparatistiku se slovenským právním řádem a zabývá se několika úvahami de lege ferenda.
