Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou sídelní preferencí středoškolské mládeže. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretický oddíl a empirický oddíl. Teoretická část je věnována aspektům, které ovlivňují základní výběr bydlení, jako jsou lidské potřeby, životní úroveň a kvalita života. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of residential preferences of high school youth. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical section and the empirical section. The theoretical part is devoted to aspects that affect the basic choice of housing, such as human needs, living standards and quality of life.
