Tato práce byla zaměřena na vývoj metody vhodné pro stanovení nitro-, oxy- a alkyl-derivátů polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků (PAH), její zavedení do běžné praxe a další využití pro analýzu vzorků prachové i plynné frakce ovzduší. Abstract:
This study was focused on development of analytical methods for determination of nitro-, oxy- and alkylated- derivatives of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), its implementation into routine practice and further use for analyses of the particulate matter and gas phase of air samples.
