Correction of refractive errors in childhood
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá korekcí refrakčních vad dětského věku. V úvodních kapitolách je popsán obecný vývoj dítěte se zaměřením na postnatální vývoj očí. Dále je uvedena charakteristika refrakčních vad a možnosti vyšetření refrakce a zrakové ostrosti u dětí. Hlavní část práce je věnována korekci dětských refrakčních vad - kdy a proč korigovat - a následně jsou zmíněny možnosti korekce.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with correction of refractive errors in childhood. In introductory chapters the general child development with the focus on the postnatal eye development is described. Furthermore characteristics of refractive errors and options of examination of refraction and visual acuity are approached.
