Teoretická část popisuje lokalitu, kde se celý program pro letní školy v přírodě odehrává, charakterizuje skupinu a specifikace žáků (v našem případě žáky ze ZŠ praktických), kteří se programu zúčastní a přibližuje nám také vybrané zdravotní pohybové aktivity zvolené pro tento program.
