V této diplomové práci jsme se věnovali kultivaci a analýze neurosfér, které v in vitro podmínkách vznikají z neurálních kmenových a progenitorových buněk (NSPC), v našem případě odvozených z pluripotentních embryonálních kmenových buněk. In this thesis we studied cultivation and analysis of neurospheres, which in vitro arise from neural stem and progenitor cells (NSPC) derived from mouse pluripotent embryonic stem cells (ESC).
