Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti zlepšení dodavatelsko-odběratelského řetězce (Supply Chain Management, SCM) pro retailovou společnost a návrhy možností jeho optimalizace. This bachelor thesis focuses on the possibilities of improving the Supply Chain Management (SCM) for a retail company and suggestions for its optimization. In the first part, the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of SCM and the definition of elements that make up SCM.
