Comparison of 3D Graphics and Digital Photography in Product Visualization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání digitální fotografie a 3D grafiky v oblasti produktové vizualizace. Nejprve je čtenář seznámen s termíny 3D grafika a digitální fotografie, poté jsou poskytnuty základní informace a jejich využití v praxi. Následně je v praktické části práce popsán proces tvorby produktové vizualizace mobilního telefonu jak v oblasti digitální fotografie, tak v oblasti 3D grafiky. V závěru práce jsou oba pracovní procesy porovnávány z hlediska časové a finanční náročnosti, potřebné techniky a použitého softwaru.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of digital photography and 3D graphics in product visualization. At first, the reader is introduced to the terms 3D graphics and digital photography, then basic information and their use in practice are provided. Subsequently, in the practical part of the thesis is described the process of creating a product visualization of a mobile phone in digital photography and 3D graphics. At the end of the thesis, both work processes are compared in terms of time, cost, techniques and software used.
