The Socio-Economic and Socio-Cultural Aspects of Sustainable Multifunctional Viticulture

Abstract:

Diplomová práce nazvaná Sociálně-ekonomické a sociálně-kulturní souvislosti trvale udržitelné multifunkční vinohradnictví se zabývá velmi aktuální problematikou každé vinařské oblasti, kterou je trvale udržitelné multifunkční vinohradnictví. Jde o práci svým charakterem teoreticko-empirickou. V její teoretické části jsou charakterizovány jednak základní aspekty vinařství a vinohradnictví, stejně jako je zde objasněn koncept trvale udržitelného rozvoje zemědělství. V empirické části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu se třemi skupinami respondentů z okresu Břeclav – vinaři, funkcionářů úřadů a občanů vinařských obcí uvedeného okresu, které bylo provedeno k možnostem rozvoje multifunkčního vinařství a vinohradnictví a k očekávaným přínosům vinohradnictví a vinařství.

Abstract:

The thesis entitled The Socio-Economic and Socio-Cultural Aspects of Sustainable Multifunctional Viticulture concerns a very important topic of every wine region nowadays, which is the sustainable multifunctional viticulture. The thesis is of theoretical and empirical character. In its theoretical part, the author characterises basic conditions of winemaking and viticulture and explains the concept of sustainable agricultural development. In the empirical part of the thesis, the author presents the results of a quantitative survey comprising three groups of respondents from Břeclav district – wine makers, officials from authorities and citizens of wine making villages situated in the district, which was carried out in terms of the possibilities of multifunctional winemaking and viticulture development and the expected benefits of viticulture and winemaking.
