Violence, aggression and bullying in schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na vysvětlení podstaty šikany. Celá práce se zabývá patologickými jevy. Podstatou práce je vysvětlení důležitých faktů o násilí, agresivitě a třídní šikaně a hledání souvislostí mezi nimi; poskytuje začínajícím pedagogům návod k řešení třídní šikany. V přílohách bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny příběhy obětí šikany, stejně jako agresorů, které autorka práce sepsala na základě vyprávění jejích známých a přátel. Dále je tu stručný návod na řešení šikany, který slouží k vystavení na nástěnce učitelského kabinetu. Dle něj je možné rychle se zorientovat v postupu.

Abstract:

Thesis is focused on the explanation of the nature of the bullying. The work deals with the pathologicalphenomena. The essence of the work is an explanation of the important facts about violence, aggressiveness and teacher bullying together with finding the links between them; provides beginning teachers how to solve classbullying. In the an nexes of the Bachelor thesis are listed the victim sofbullying stories, as well as the aggressorsones, which the author of a work gathered on the basis of the story of its known and friends. Then there is a briefguide to address bullying, used to post on the Board of the staff of the Cabinet. It can help to provide quick routine hints.
