Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice dárcovství orgánů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vybrané body vycházející z Transplantačního zákona a na problematiku fungování transplantačního systému v České republice. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of organ donation. The theoretical part is focused on selected points based on the Transplantation Act and on the issue of transplantation system functioning in the Czech Republic.
