The use of BJJ techniques in judo
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem „Využití technik BJJ v džúdó“ je diferencována na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem teoretické části je seznámení s úpolovými sporty džúdó a BJJ a jejich vzájemné porovnání. Praktická část je zaměřena na detailní popis technik běžně známých v Brazilském Jiu jitsu, které jsou využitelné i v džúdó.
Abstract:
Bachelor work with name „Use of BJJ techniques in judo“ is differentiated on theoretical and practical parts. Goal of theoretical part is introduce with combat sports judo and BJJ and their mutual comparison. Practical part is focused on detailed description of common techniques known in Brazilian Jiu jitsu, which are also useful in judo.
