Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá dekontaminační účinky plazmatem aktivované vodní páry na bakteriální biofilmy. Práce se zaměřuje na vliv reaktivních kyslíkových částic obsažených v aktivované páře a optimalizaci podmínek k dosažení efektivní dekontaminace. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the decontamination effects of plasma–activated water vapour on bacterial biofilms. The work is focused on the impact of reactive oxygen species contained in activated water vapour and the optimization of conditions to achieve effective decontamination.
