Hlavním cílem této práce je nalézt parametry reologického modelu, který by se co nejvíce přiblížil viskoelastickému chování kloubní chrupavky odebrané z kyčelního kloubu. Nejprve je v práci obecně popsána stavba měkkých tkání. Podrobněji je popsána anatomie chrupavky, které se věnuje celá práce. The main objective of this work is to find parameters of the rheological model, which would be able to closely fit the viscoelastic properties of articular cartilage taken from the hip joint. First, the structure of soft tissues is described in general. Then the anatomy of cartilage is described in detail. Subsequently the viscoelasticity and elementary rheological models are described.
