Future of placing the nutrition value of foods

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce ,,Budoucnost uvádění nutričních hodnot u potravin“ se zabývá problemati-kou nedostatečného množství informací uváděných na etiketách. Cílem práce je navrhnout využití moderních možností, které by vedly ke zpřesnění udávaných nutričních hodnot, vol-nému přístupu k nim, a komfortnějšímu poskytování těchto informací zákazníkům. Na základě cíle práce byly stanoveny tři hypotézy. První hypotéza vychází z předpokladu, že uvádění nutričních hodnot je zcela zásadní pro zdravou výživu a zdraví obyvatelstva. Druhá hypotéza se zabývá otázkou, zdali existuje principiálně jiné než stávající řešení uvádění nutričních hodnot. Třetí z hypotéz předpokládá, že pokud existuje jiné řešení, je pro větši-nu stran výhodnější než stávající. V teoretické části je výživa popsaná, tak aby zákazník lépe chápal smysl etiket u potravin a snáze se v nich orientoval. Analytická část se zabývá porovnáváním možností dostupných zdrojů informací. V návrhové části jsou předloženy návrhy řešení nedostatku informací na etiketě u potravin.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "The Future of Nutritional Labels ​​of Food" deals with the issue of insufficient information on labels. The aim of the thesis is to propose the use of modern possibilities, which would lead to refinement of given nutritional values, free access to them and more comfortable provision of this information to customers. Three hypotheses were established on the basis of the work goal. The first hypothesis is based on the assumption that nutrition values ​​are absolutely essential for healthy nutrition and the health of the population. The second hypothesis deals with the question whether there is a principle other than the current solution of nutritional values. The third hypothesis assumes that if there is another solution, it is for most peoplemore advantageous than the existing. In the theoretical part, nutrition is described so that the customer can better understand the meaning of the food labels and make them more familiar with them. The analytical part deals with the comparison of available sources of information. In the draft part, proposals for solutions to the lack of information on the food label are presented.
