Práce rozebírá některé typy sporů, o jejichž arbitrabilitě podle českého právního řádu panují nejasnosti. Mezi tyto sporné typové případy patří pracovněprávní spory, spory o výživné na nezletilé děti a spory týkající se práv podléhajících zápisu do katastru nemovitostí. Abstract:
The thesis analyzes several types of disputes which arbitrability according to czech law is not unambigous. To this controversy type cases belong individual labour disputes, disputes about infant's maintenance and disputes concerning rights which are subject to registration in land registry.
