Diplomová práca sa zaoberá kreativitou, technikami tvorivej práce a ich uplatnením v manažmente služieb. Práce je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá časť diplomovej práce, je zameraná na teoretické poznatky z oblasti kreativity a manažment služieb.
