Evaluation of housing privatisation assets in city of Pardubice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou vlastnictví obecních bytů a způsoby jejich využívání. Dotýká se způsobů hospodaření s nimi, kdy připadá v úvahu jejich pronájem nebo prodej. Tato práce je především zaměřena na jeden z těchto způsobů, kterým je privatizace bytů, konkrétně ve městě Pardubice, kde tento proces již patnáct let probíhá. Práce se zabývá průběhem privatizace bytů ve městě, jejími přínosy a nedostatky.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s thesis deals with question of ownership of municipal flats and ways how we can make use of them. Refers the farming methods with them, when applicable is their lease or sale. This thesis predominantly deals with one of these ways, namely privatisation of flats, specifically in the city of Pardubice, where this process has proceeded for the last fifteen years. The work aims at the course of privatisation of flats in the city, its benefits and deficiencies.
