Liability for Damage Caused by the Vehicle Traffic, Liability Insurance

Abstract:

Anotace Cílem této práce je zevrubná analýza právní úpravy odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla v českém právním řádu podle zákona číslo 40/1964 Sb., občanský zákoník a vymezení specifik pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla podle zákona číslo 168/1999 Sb. První kapitola vymezuje pojem odpovědnost a uvádí do problematiky. Druhá, nosná kapitola rozebírá odpovědnost za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla a třetí kapitola popisuje pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla. Práce je určena jak stávajícím, tak i budoucím vlastníkům a řidičům silničních vozidel, jichž se zpracovaná problematika především dotýká, ale i všem, kteří danou právní úpravu aplikují v rámci svěřené působnosti. Pomůckou by měla být pro samotné pojištěné a osoby, kterým byla způsobena škoda provozem vozidla a také pro pracovníky pojišťoven.

Abstract:

Annotatin The aim of this work is detailed analysis of the legal regulation of the liability for the damage caused by the vehicle traffic in the Czech legal rules according to the law number 40/1964 Sb, civil code and the definition of specifics insurance for the liability for the damage caused by the vehicle traffic according to the law number 168/1999 Sb. The first chapter delimits the term liability and introduces the problem. The second , bearing chapter analyzes the liability for the damage caused by the vehicle traffic and the third chapter describes the insurance for the liability of the damage caused by the vehicle traffic. This work is intended for both - current and future owners and drivers of vehicles whom is this problem concerned to first, but also to everybody who applies this legal regulation in the sphere of authority. It should be helpful to those insured and persons whom the damage by the vehicle traffic was caused to and also to the insurers.
