Předmětem diplomové práce je projekt novostavby bytového domu v rozsahu projektu pro provedení stavby. V teoreticko-metodologické části se práce zabývá obsahem projektové dokumentace, definicemi pojmů, zásadami v navrhování staveb, technickými požadavky pro návrh objektu a historií ve výstavbě bytových domů.
