Diplomová práce "Dodržování zásad racionální výživy v ústavech sociální péče" pojednává o vlivu výživy na zdraví člověka. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly zabývající se ústavy sociální péče a klienty, kteří jsou zde umístěni. Dále pojednává o mentální retardaci, příčinách vzniku a jejích důsledcích.
