Tato bakalářská práce se týká tragédie doktora Fausta od Christophera Marloweho, kde ústředním tématem je svobodná vůle člověka, která tvoří pomyslný most mezi středověkem a renesancí v Alžbětínském dramatu. Pomocí textové analýzy tato práce zkoumá odklon od Boha jako středobodu dramatických her té doby a všímá si přechou k člověku s vlastním rozumem, jenž razí cestu ve vývoju moderního dramatu. Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis deals with the tragedy of Doctor Faustus by Christopher Marlowe introducing the theme of the man’s free will as a bridge between medievalism and Renaissance in the Elizabethan drama. Using the textual analysis the paper explores the shift from God as the centrepiece of dramatic plays of the time to the man and his own mind, soul and free will paving the way for the development of …more
