Car roof roller blind: Elasticity influence on y distance on gluing robot setting

Abstract:

Tato diplomové práce se zabývá problematikou výroby střešních textilních roletek pro automobilový průmysl. Jejím hlavním úkolem je analýza vlivu elasticity materiálu na nastavení y vzdálenosti lišt lepícího robota. Materiálem pro výrobu střešních roletek je osnovní pletenina na bázi polyesteru, teoretická východiska práce jsou tedy zaměřena na polyesterová vlákna a mechanické vlastnosti textilií. Teoretická část také mapuje výrobní proces střešní roletky a popisuje jeho aktuální pozitiva a negativa. Experimentální část je postavena na vyhodnocení dat, získaných z trhacího zařízení a průvodek, kde jsou propojeny hodnoty elasticity jednotlivých vzorků spolu s hodnotami nastavení skutečné rozteče na lepícím robotu. Cílem práce je zjednodušení celého výrobního procesu tak, aby byly eliminovány náklady na práci, čas, materiál a zároveň došlo ke zvýšení kvality výrobků.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on current problems in roof roller blind production for automotive industry. The main task of the thesis is to analyze elasticity influence on y distance on gluing robot setting. Material used for roof blind production is warp knitted fabric based on polyester, therefore the theoretical part is focused on polyester fibers and mechanical properties of textile. Theoretical part is also tracking production process of roof roller blind and describes current negatives and positives. Experimental part is based on data evaluation, obtained from dynamometer and product data sheets, where are connected the values of individual samples elasticity with values of real gluing width adjustment on gluing machine. The goal of this thesis is to simplify the production process, in order to eliminate production costs, material costs, reduce wasting of time and also improve the quality of products.
