SWOT analysis of a business company

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřením zejména na problematiku vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku, na základě níž sestavím matici SWOT. V teoretické části nejprve uvedu vybrané odborné poznatky z použité literatury z oblasti marketingu a představím všechny metody, které použiji pro vyhodnocení a sestavení analýzy SWOT a splnění cílů této práce. Tyto teoretické poznatky budou nezbytným základem pro vytvoření praktické části této práce, ve které charakterizuji společnost IMPER CZ, s.r.o. a zhodnotím vnější a vnitřní faktory, které na ní působí a zanalyzuji její situaci na trhu. Na závěr své diplomové práce navrhnu odpovídající řešení pro společnost, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení situace společnosti na daném trhu, s ohledem na všechny skutečnosti vycházející z použitých metod.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis, focusing particularly on issues of internal and external business environment, on the basis of the assembly, SWOT analysis. In the theoretical part, I will bring expertise selected from the literature in marketing and introduce all the methods that I use to evaluate and build the SWOT analysis and the objectives of my diploma thesis. These theoretical knowledge will be essential foundation for developing a practical part of this thesis, which characterize the company Imper CZ, s.r.o. combine and evaluate internal and external factors that acts on it and analyze the market situation. At the end of my diploma thesis suggest appropriate solutions for the company, which could contribute to improving the situation of the company in the market, having regard to all the facts based on the methods used.
