Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje hlavní faktory ovlivňující motivaci k výkonu práce pojišťovacích zprostředkovatelů dané pojišťovny a navrhuje řešení k eliminaci problémů a lepším plněním stanovených cílů společnosti. This bachelor thesis analyzes the main factors which influencing motivation to work t insurance agents of the insurance company and proposes solutions for elimination problems and better fulfillment of stated aims of the company.
