Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci technologie laserového přetavení HVOF stříkaných povlaků ke zvýšení kvality povlaků na bázi Co. Žárový nástřik Stellitu 6 byl laserově přetaven pomocí vysokovýkonného diodového laseru. Charakterizace HVOF nástřiků a vzorků po laserové modifikaci byla provedena pomocí světelné mikroskopie, SEM/EDX a rovněž byly provedeny měření tvrdosti, odolnosti proti opotřebení …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis aims to investigate the effects of laser surface treatment on the microstructure and wear performance for Stellite 6 HVOF sprayed coatings onto the steel substrate. Laser surface treatments have been carried out using a 4 kW high power diode laser.
