Anotácia:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Integrační a harmonizační procesy dohledu finančních institucí v EU“ je přehledně analyzovat procesy, které v oblasti dohledu finančních institucí proběhly v uplynulých deseti letech v Evropské unii. Nejprve jsou definovány teoretické pojmy regulace a dohledu, na které navazuje shrnutí příčin v oblasti integrace dohledu finančních institucí v Evropské unii. Dále následuje přehled konkrétních procesů, které proběhly v této oblasti. V poslední části jsou zformulovány konkrétní doporučení v oblasti budoucího uspořádání evropského dohledu.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Integration and harmonization process of the supervision of the financial institutions in EU" is to analyze the process of integration of the supervision which has been taking place in the last ten years. At first, the theory of regulation and supervision is defined, followed by the summary of the causes of the integration of the supervision in the EU. Then, particular process within EU is outlined. Last part is focused on how to shape the European supervision in future and the recommendation in this area are made.
