Intraluminal heatblocking of bile ducts

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o intraluminální termoablaci žlučových cest. V teoretické části seznamuji s anatomií žlučových cest. Dále jsou zde popsány příčiny, jak maligní, tak benigní vedoucí k tomuto intervenčnímu zákroku. V neposlední řadě zde uvádím možnosti léčby a druhy termoablací, především radiofrekvenční ablaci, která se u řešení obstrukcí žlučových cest používá, a také shrnuji instrumentárium, které se při léčebných postupech používá. V praktické části vyhodnocuji soubor pacientů, kteří podstoupili intraluminální termoablaci žlučových cest buď před zavedením metalického stentu nebo až po zavedení. Rozebírám věkové zastoupení, nejčastější diagnostikované onemocnění, časový průběh termoablace a celkovou dobu přežití od první termoablace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is about intraluminal heatblocking of bile ducts. In theoretical part I apprize the anatomy of the biliary ducts. Also the malignant and benign causes leading to this intervention are described. I indicate the possibilities of treatment and types of heatblocking, especially radiofrequency ablation which is used for solutions of biliary ducts obstructions, and I summarize instrumentation used for treatment as well. In practical part I evaluate the file of patients who undergo the intraluminal heatblocking of bile ducts by before or after installation of metalic stent. I analyze the age representation, most common diagnosed disease, heatblocking time course and total time of survival from first heatblocking.
