Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Brownova syndromu, také označovaném jako syndrom pouzdra šlachy horního šikmého svalu, jeho operačním řešením a následnou ortoptickou péčí. Nastiňuje anatomii okohybného aparátu oka, zabývá se rozdělením, příčinami a diagnostikou Brownova syndromu. Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the topic of Brown syndrome, also known as the Superior Oblique Tendon Sheath Syndrome (SOTSS). Main objectives include SOTSS’s surgical treatment and subsequent orthoptics care. The thesis outlines basic anatomy of extraocular muscles and provides a classification of the syndrome, its causes, and diagnostics.
