Naša bakalárska práca je obsahovo zameraná na právnu úpravu obchodovania z cennými papiermi. Je delená na tri kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa zaoberáme základným vymedzením pojmu cenný papier jeho delením a históriou. Samozrejme si musíme priblížiť aj pramene z ktorých čerpá právna úprava. Druhú kapitolu začneme prevodom, prechodom a zánikom cenného papiera. Budeme pokračovať až na nástroje finančného …more
