Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na jednu z klíčových oblastí ve společnosti a to financí, konkrétně pak controllingu. Teoretická část popisuje controlling od jeho vzniku až po současnost. Vymezuje jeho funkce a úlohu v podniku. Zaměřuji se na metodu standartních nákladů, která slouží jako komplexní nástroj controllingu v oblasti řízení nákladů a výnosů. Poslední kapitola je věnována způsobům stanovení ceny firemních produktů. V praktické části je cílem prezentovat stávající systém controllingu společnosti Carrier Czech republic s. r. o. Jakým způsobem jsou řízeny náklady ve společnosti, poukázat na systém forecastování nákladů na další měsíce, z nich plynoucích odchylek a vyvození nápravných opatření. Dále pak kalkulační metoda standartního oceňování výrobků a z ní vyplývající stanovení prodejní ceny. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí zjištěných skutečností a zhodnocení, zda bylo dosaženo splnění hlavního cíle práce a potvrzení či vyvrácení předem stanovených hypotéz.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on one of the key areas in company and finance, specifically controlling. The theoretical part describes the controlling of its inception to the present. Defines its function and role in the company. I focus on the standard cost method, which serves as a comprehensive tool in controlling the management of costs and revenues. The last chapter is devoted to ways of fixing prices for company products. The practical part is to present the current system of controlling Carrier Czech Republic Ltd. How are the expenses of the company, refer to the forecasting system costs for the next month, deviations from them and drawing the remedial measures. Furthermore, the method of calculating the standard pricing of the product and the resulting determination of the selling price. The end of the summary of the facts and assess whether they have achieved the overall objective of the work and to confirm or refute pre-established hypotheses.
