Social and Work Adaptation of Graduates of Andragogy

Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl popsat proces sociální a pracovní adaptace absolventů oboru Andragogika Masarykovy univerzity a identifikovat faktory, které tento proces ovlivnily. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány koncepty související s procesem adaptace, je představena problematika přechodu absolventů na trh práce, obor andragogika, absolventi andragogiky a jejich profesní uplatnění. Empirická část práce zahrnuje popis přípravy, realizace a vyhodnocení výzkumného šetření. Závěrečná část je věnována diskusi výsledků kvalitativního šetření a přináší možná doporučení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis investigates the process of social and job adaptation of the subject Andragogy and its graduates at Masaryk University, as well as it identifies the factors that influence the process. The theoretical part includes concepts connected to the adaptation. It focuses on the problems of graduates‘ transition to the job market, the subject Andragogy, its graduates and their possibility of employment. The empirical part deals with the characterization of preparation, realization and evaluation of the research. The final part discusses the qualitative research outcome and proposes possible suggestions.
