Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami výcviku prodejců působících ve finančním sektoru České republiky. Teoretická část je zaměřená na vymezení nejdůležitějších pojmů souvisejících s tématem, tedy: prodejce finančních produktů, prodejní dovednosti, schopnosti, znalosti, formy vzdělávání a výukové metody. Bachelor thesis examines the methods of skills training, used to educate the czech financial brokers. The theoretical part defines the key terms: the financial broker, sales skills, abilities, knowledge, forms of education and teaching methods.
