Abstract:
Bakalářskou práci „Jiné osobní překážky v práci“ jsem rozdělila do čtyř částí, kde se nejdříve budu věnovat právní úpravě a popisu toho, co je vlastně překážka v práci, a podle čeho je možné ji členit. Dále přejdu k popisu překážek, které se mohou vyskytnout na straně zaměstnance. Hlavní část bude tvořit kapitola o jiných důležitých osobních překážkách v práci.
