Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na plasmacytoidní dendritické buňky (pDCs) u pacientek trpících endometriózou a jejich porovnání s věkově – a pohlavím-shodnými zdravými kontrolami, a analýzu exprese imunitních molekul kontrolních bodů B7-H3, CD155, CD274, EphA2 a Gal-9 těmito buňkami. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) in patients with endometriosis and age- and gender-matched healthy controls, and their expres-sion of immune checkpoint molecules B7-H3, CD155, CD274, EphA2, and Gal-9.
