Fenomén severokorejského uprchlictví se zaměřením na vztahy mezi KLDR a ČLR

North Korea Refugee Phenomenon with Specific Focus on DPRK-PRC Relations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem severokorejského uprchlictví, jež podrobuje komplexnímu zkoumání. Zabývá se důvody jeho vzniku, problematikou právního statutu uprchlíků, jejich cestou ze Severní do Jižní Koreje a v neposlední řadě jejich životem v nové vlasti. Důležitou část práce zabírá rozbor vztahů mezi KLDR a ČLR, jejíž pozice je v problematice klíčová.
Abstract:
The main topic of this thesis - North Korean refugee phenomenon - is globally examined. The aim is to present complex knowledge about the phenomenon. The roots of the phenomenon, legal status of the refugees, their pilgrimage from North to South Korea and life in new homeland are examined. The analysis of the relations and cooperation between DPRK and PCR is an important part of this thesis.
