Abstract:

Cílem práce je rozbor a zpracování problematiky ústavní výchovy v ČR, efektivita ústavní výchovy a dopad ústavní výchovy na osobnost jedince. Práce se dále věnuje jiným možnostem náhradní výchovné výchovy mimo ústavní zařízení. Poslední kapitolou je sociálně-právní ochrana dětí, která poskytuje ochranu a pomoc nezaopatřeným dětem, které se ocitly v tíživé životní nebo sociální situaci.

Abstract:

The target of the graduate thesis is an analysis and an elaboration the problems of the institutional education in the Czech Republic, the effection of the institutional education and the fall on the personality of the person. This work concerns on the possibilities of the compensatory education instead of the institutional apparatus. The work finishes the chapter of the social-law guardianship children that is connected with the help out of the focus children in their burdesome social or life sitation.
