Decision Enforcement in Civil Trial
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice výkonu rozhodnutí v občanském soudním řízení. V teoretické části je analyzována současná právní úprava výkonu rozhodnutí, obecná pravidla, jimiž se výkon rozhodnutí řídí, průběh řízení a seznámení s jeho jednotlivými druhy. Praktická část je zaměřená na výkon rozhodnutí v evropském kontextu s vyvozením závěru.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is dealing with the problems connected with the decision Enforcement in Civil Trial. The theoretical part of the work analyzes contemporary legislation of a judgement execution, the basic rules and conditions, course of the execution proceedings and familiarization with various types of the decision Enforcement.
