The bachelor's thesis will cover the digital management and strategic analysis of multinational companies. The ongoing theme will be an analysis of the direction and strategy of digital development in the current and future retail industries. Review and analyse available information on digital management and strategic analysis. Focus on the digital technologies used in the retail, inventory, sales and service sectors of Wal-Mart and METRO AG, as well as key strategic objectives. Solve the problems encountered by digital technology in integrating these processes. Analyse the impact of digitalization on the retail industry.
